Sian offers no refunds on deposits, gift vouchers or any of her sessions.
Deposits last up to 6 months and are then void.
Style Subscription
Sian has the right to add your email to her free Style subscription. She will never share your email with anyone. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Booking Process
To confirm your session with Sian after your introductory google meet where you will have discussed which service/s you'd like as well as dates and times, you are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit via BACs to confirm the agreed day and time. Deposits last up to 6 months and then are void.
Saturday bookings
Sian charges 20% more for a session on a Saturday and doesn’t work later than 1pm

The final payment is to be made before or on the day of your agreed session date. If you have multiple sessions, full payment is to be made the day of the first service.
You may also pay in full when booking.
Late payment fee
If you are late for payment you will be charged a late fee starting from an additional 10% up until the day you pay.
All deposits are non refundable because if Sian keeps the day free for you and you can’t make it that day, being self-employed means she can’t earn the money she will have lost that day.
Overseas payments
I have an account with Wise that lets me take any payments from anywhere overseas. I take full payment for overseas billings because of the conversion rate.
Rescheduling and Cancellation terms and conditions
Please give Sian a minimum of 7 days notice if you need to reschedule. The reason for this is that Sian has a waiting list and can fill that day with 7 days plus notice. You can reschedule once and your deposit will stay valid.
If you have to reschedule with less than 7 days notice Sian understands that life is hectic, we get sick and sometimes you need to reschedule for reasons out of your own hands. You have one session you can reschedule but you must rebook your next session with her that day. Please note that Sian can have a waitlist up to 7 weeks sometimes so if you do have to reschedule, you may have to wait up to 7 weeks.
If you reschedule for a second time, an admin fee of £95 will be added to your final payment and you must rebook your session that day.
If you reschedule for a third time, your deposit is invalid and if you still want Sians services you will have to pay a deposit again.
If you pay a deposit and decide you no longer want Sian’s services, you will lose your deposit because she will have kept that day free for you.

Travel Terms and Conditions
Colour analysis, Body Shape, and Style Personality Sessions are held at Sians Studio in Southeast London
The session is to be held at Sian’s studio because she has the perfect setup, and the best lighting to give you the best experience together as well as the clearest results.
Wardrobe Edits are to be at your home where Sian travels to you. If she drives longer than a 30-minute trip or outside of London the standard rate of 0.45p per mile including the return journey will be added to your holding deposit and to be paid before your session together. If journeys are longer than 1 hour each way, a charge of £30 per hour travel time will be added to your deposit.
The congestion zone fee will be added to your invoice after your session if Sian travels through it.
Parking costs are to be covered by you and added to your final invoice
If Sian travels by train to you outside of London, the fare will be included in your deposit which is to be paid before our session together.
Personalised Shopping is only in London. The reason for that is she spends 3 hours the day before prepping the shop and wont be able to do the prep if not shopping in London.
Colour Parties are either at Sians home studio or to be at your home where Sian travels to you. Colour parties are best with natural daylight but are still achievable with less light
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
No refunds offered. Full payment is required for all gift vouchers. They will be posted to you or your loved one once full payment is received. If you book your loved one a session that requires Sian to drive longer than a 30-minute trip or outside of London the standard rate of 0.45p per mile including the return journey will be added to your holding deposit and to be paid before your session together. If journeys are longer than 1 hour each way, a charge of £30 per hour travel time will be added to your deposit.

Discounts
Sian only offers discounts via her referral scheme. If you recommend Sian to someone you get 10% off as a thank you for supporting Sian and her business. Your friend pays full price unless they also successfully recommend someone.
Reselling clothes and removing clothing from your wardrobe
Once you have decided what items Sian is taking from your wardrobe to give to charity this decision can’t be reversed and Sian can’t be held liable in the event that you change your mind.
Sian will organise the reselling of your pieces via my circular wardrobe or The Cirkle and will introduce you to them via email. If they decide they don’t want to take everything we have discussed for resale Sian will take them to charity and is not held liable in the event of you changing your mind.
Corporate Events - ask Sian for her Corporate T&Cs directly
